Radical Enforcer X

Disclaimer: Its silly , its buggy and its really just plain bad but you might get a laugh out of it anyways. It needs A LOT OF WORK all around and I definitely bit off more than I could chew in a week (I believe its around 2000-2500 lines of code if you add it all up?) but I had a lot of fun, sure learned a lot, and can see major room for major improvements.
