Rainbow Lickers

There are two versions: the ENTRY version which was made in three hours, and the V2 version, with some polish added. The ENTRY version can enter the competition, the V2 can not. For the v2 I spent 2h30 min extra (mostly fumbling with new animation tools I ended up not using).
