recoil ragdolls

wasd to move, e to pick up guns made in under 3 hours update: -bugfixes (AI works now, cursor is properly confined, AI no longer shoot through walls)added obstacles to the mapchanged spawn behaviour (AI now spawns in waves of increasing number, when the previous wave is defeated)
