Exanium is a desolate planet, devoid of life and resources. The Generic Space Federation (GSF) wants to terraform the planet by restoring its resources so they can colonise it for themselves. There are multiple resource locations detected by the scanner - P3R-C is sent to the desert as water is deemed the most important one to restore.
