RPG Maker MV Plugins Animated Enemies & Splash Screen With Sound

Animated enemies plugin allows you to animated enemies of any size however only one type of animation is supported which is idle currently. Planned to do more but Ill upload this for now Splash screen with sound is a simple plugin that allows 1 splash screen image that plays a sound a long with it. There is a bug currently with it where depending how slow the game is running the sound will delay.
