Note: Theres some lag at the start, but it should subside. Music might be bugged, it skips when loading the game, but should be fine once you get going. You are losing gas by the second, you can see the level in on the top bar. Grab the gas cannisters to collect more gas, the gas off of the ramp gives you more gas.
