Submission for the GMTK Game Jam 2021 - Joined Together. (We couldnt figure out the screen size so just click the fullscreen button to see it all! There were also some weird problems with the health - just press R if you get stuck.) Being joined together brings you health and happiness. But to reach the goal you have to separate and your health will decline. Race through the maze to reach each other again.
