Controls - Click & Drag mouse to fling the square. Press escape to open the pause menu. Options - Invert Controls: if enabled the square will be shot away from the mouse instead of towards. Sensitivity: Choose how much the square moves with the mouse. Warning - While you can full-screen the game, I wouldnt recommend it as it seems to cause some lag.
