Sprint 3 Painting Tool

Sprint 3 Submission - Tomas Pasiecznik A painting tool capable of instantiating 3D primitives where the user clicks on the screen. It reads user input from the mouse and mouse location. It spawns 3D primitives from user input and destroys 3D primitives after a set time (this can be toggled off).
