Subsist: Apocalypse Survival

Subsist is a single-player survival FPS game set in a post-apocalyptic world. The aftermath of a global apocalypse has left the world in ruins, and you have to survive into a harsh, unforgiving landscape teeming with zombies and hostile creatures.
