Super Preggle Vaporwave Tic-Tac-Toe

Dublin Institute of Technology Games Design Year 1 Games Production Assignment 1 As a group we were given a Tic-Tac-Toe to recreate. We decided to do anything but that. So in creating of the game we allow you to play Tic-Tac-Toe while you wait for lots of random images that play sounds or lead you to other small minigames while you play.
