TA0s: Tap to avoid the 0s [BETA]

BETA version only available for itch.io. Prevent the counter from reaching zero by tapping on the screen, raising levels and getting skills, if the counter reaches zero you will lose the game. Depending on how long you have survived you will get skills for the next game.
