Loot, craft, and shoot your way through an abandoned laboratory where you must find the cure to an infectious disease. To survive you must manage both your health and sanitation bars. When these bars are low you gain certain stat bonuses but risk death. You will also need to grow more powerful as you progress through the lab by finding consumable upgrades.
