The Living Room

The Living Room is a linear short story presented in Twine. Goals: Create an unsettling piece of writing. This story revealed itself to me as I was writing it. I had the scenario in mind at the outset, with no plans for pacing, structure, or ending. Writing it as I structured it in Twine made pacing more successful than I think it would have been otherwise. Deliberate pacing/Page breaks. As I mentioned, writing it in Twine, as opposed to writing it in a text editor and then breaking it up to bring into twine, gave me a better understanding of the pacing of the story.
