A Cat and a Rat must work together to retain control of the Purrliament. The Cat is an esteemed politician whos in charge of making laws and doctrines. The Rat is his secret assistant inspiring fear with his trusted shovel Bertha. Get Purrliament Members to vote on the bills you layout but dont let a cat vote with the wrong choice on your bill otherwise your approval rating will go down. Watch out!
