The Organ Donor is a top-down puzzle game with an uncommon mechanic: You can transfer organs from one alien to another on an adjacent tile! Youll need to find the best solutions to complete all the various levels. Try to keep your aliens well organ-ized or you wont be able to pass the obstacles!
