The Quest for Safe Water

Abstract Lead contamination of drinking water, along with other pollutants, has had a continuous impact on many communities within the United States, particularly those of lower socio-economic status (Balazs). Additionally, the source of this contaminated water its much more widespread than many realize, with drinking water contamination not only occurring in the home, but also from public water sources, including public park water fountains (Fawkes).
