The story of Perditasol

In the far future, the world of Perditasol has achieved world peace through the use of human modifications, referred to as "mods". After their creation, humans were split into "Naturals", "Halfs" and "Modded" based on how many mods they applied to themselves. However the peace did not last, as after 10 years of peace, a great world-wide explosion caused electricity to disappear. This event was dubbed "The incident".
