The Super Birthday Blaster 3

To celebrate my birthday (which was November 19th), I made a game about blasting balloons with a laser cannon. The objective of the game is to pop all the balloons in a certain amount of time. Buy upgrades within a round or perma-upgrades between rounds to pop more balloons quicker. There is also an endless mode for those endless mode lovers.
