Tic-Tac-Toe (GB Jam 8) (Game Boy ROM)

I was too busy to participate in GB Jam again this year, but I had a bit of free time on Sunday so threw together a tic-tac-toe game really quickly. I originally added music better graphics and some flashy graphics & graphical effects, but it all felt a bit ugly so I simplified it. Its just tic-tac-toe after all...
