Tic Tac Toe (itch) (Kenze Kua)

This is an online tic tac toe game I made for one of my university classes. It features a chat system as well although a bit buggy. And also allows spectators to watch the game. I made this back in late 2020 for my assignment. Note : Unfortunately I didnt program a matchmaking system, and a room spectating system.
