Tomass Basics in building and editing

Tomass Basics is finally released! Be good at maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaath! Based on Baldis Basics in Education and Learning 1.3.2. Press the Tab key to show the mod menu. All item names changed. Playtime is still Playtime. Other then that, almost all the characters changed. When you get the 1st notebook, and answer all 3 questions correctly, it will say "Wow! Youre so ungrounded!"
