Top Down Compo

Top Down is a game about exploring the universe from the top down. This version is unfinished, but I decided to turn in what I have under the assumption that I can update my submission after the judging for the COMPO is complete. It crashes on the final level because I have implemented the high level structure of the next level after it without implementing some of the objects in that level, oddly fitting for a game called "Top down".
