Trickee Ogre

My submission for the first Fennel Game Jam! In Trickee Ogre, you are playing a simple trick taking game against an Ogre who doesnt like to lose. The deck used has the four standard suits with cards ranging from 1 to 7. Hands are 11 cards. The leading suit is the trump suit for that round, and the highest value in the trump suit wins.
