Turn Based Battle for GB Studio 3.1

Updated Rohans Turn Based Battle System to GB Studio 3.1. The enemy on the left has menu options you cant back out of, while the enemy on the right has menu options that can be cancelled to return to the main menu. In the project file this is labeled as v1 and v2 respectively.
