During the peak of the Harlem Renaissance, a black-Irish woman who was raised by her Irish immigrant mother and Southern father to be aware of the Fair Folk and their tricky ways in this new country already has her hands full in a city overloaded with new chances and parties left and right. Now shes at a high class party where the booze is free flowing-- and incredibly illegal.
