Twitch Plays Connect 4

Welcome to Twitch Plays Connect 4! Included in the .jar is a standard game of Connect 4 that you can play locally with 2 players and, as the name implies, a specially designed version of the game meant for twitch. The latter faces off a streamer against their chat with the most voted number in the chat being picked as the chats move.
