Ultimate Neon Battle Arena

Ultimate Neon Battle Arena is a Top-Down 1v1 Twin-Stick-Shooter with a Rogue-Like twist. The players have to fight each other in a small Neon-Styled arena and after each round the game evolves and with it the Chaos rises. From small changes like faster bullets to a complete Level overhaul, the game features a variety of new rules and mechanics that completely change the way its played. In order to win one player has to win four rounds, but each time a player loses he can choose the next rule that is added to the game.
