Description This is a local 2-player tic-tac-toe game with a twist: the board is made of 9 smaller tic-tac-toe boards. When you win a smaller board, it gives you a mark on the bigger board, and when you win the bigger board, you win the game. These extra rules give the game way more depth, and make the game more fun to play.
