Wild Hat

It was a wonderful party, everything was going smoothly. A magician was trying a magic trick, removing balloons from a hat when suddenly things went out of hand and the magician could not control the out put of his hat and balloons started flying everywhere. There is a power line above the roof and if the balloons make contact with it, it could start a fire so the decision was to pop them.
